| | | | | Liz's Biz - Welcome to Room 114! | | Our classroom is all about learning and working with specially designed materials and lessons that bring out creativity and joy in learning as well as deepen understanding of concepts in all academic areas. Montessori is made for gifted and talented students!
I build on students' interests in the world around them with lots of animal and plant studies, planets, fossils, continents, and stories from the world over. Lessons are differentiated to foster learning for all students.
I want each child to know he or she is unique and has something to offer our classroom, a miniature society, and by extension our world. As we work together and do our classroom jobs, we: Are fair and friendly, Work thoughtfully (with focus and care), Take care of materials and our environment.
