Jodi Beach Literacy Teacher
Welcome to my reading corner.  My name is Jodi and I have been at Nokomis for 8 years.  One thing I truely love about Nokomis is the sense of family. I am a literacy teacher for the E1 and E2 students.  This year I am teaching in Jenna's classroom from 9:20-10:25 with first and second graders.  At 10:30 I move up to Beth's room to work with E2 for an hour.  In the afternoon, I teach in Sharon's room from 1:30-2:30 and then in Mai Houa's room from 2:30-3:30 all with the E2.  I really enjoy sharing my love of reading with all the students.

One of my other duties includes supervising the Nokomis Safety Patrol.  This year we have 45 patrols.  They are hard working and responsible students that always make Nokomis proud.  The highlight of the year is always the Patrol Parade and Picnic in the spring.
